Pharmaceutical aseptic filling machines.

At Vanrx, we set out to create standardized aseptic filling technologies based on what’s optimal for today’s complex therapies – not yesterday’s status quo.
We’ve developed standardized, closed aseptic filling systems that use gloveless isolator technology and robotics to achieve your production goals and minimize your risk.

Who uses Vanrx aseptic filling machines?

Leading biopharma companies using Vanrx Aseptic Filling Workcells include ADMA Biologics, Amgen, Emergent BioSolutions, FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, Roche / Genentech, Moderna, Singota Solutions, WuXi Biologics, and Wildlife Pharmaceuticals.

Super flexible

Both the Microcell and SA25 can fill nested, pre-sterilized ISO vials from 2R to 50R.  Changeover and decontamination between products can occur in as little as 15 minutes, allowing you to fill multiple sizes faster. Aseptic filling is performed by our new Vanrx Dynamic Peristaltic Pump which offers a 10x improvement in variability. And you know what that means.  Vanrx users are able to reduce overfill parameters and achieve higher batch yields.

Speed to market

Vanrx systems are standardized, allowing you to bring drug products to patients faster. You won’t have to design a new aseptic process or combination of isolator and filling machinery. We’ve done the work. Our customers typically complete their validation 12-15 months from their purchase order for an SA25 and 6 months for the Microcell. That’s very fast.

Risk reduction

A standardized robotic solution creates what is described as a “virtuous cycle” of automation and reduced risk. With standardization you won’t have to design a new aseptic process, we’ve done the work. The use of advanced robotics creates more control over the filling process. This results in less human error which then leads to less contamination of the drug products. Reducing the risk of contamination ultimately means lower costs associated with error and faster time to market.

Nested containers and closures

We are all about making your job easier and your operations more agile. That’s why all of our products use nested, pre-sterilized vials, syringes and cartridges, along with press-fit vial closures with integrated stoppers. Primary pharmaceutical container and closure systems need to work together for drug products to be safe, effective and stable. That’s why Vanrx brought together the Matrix Alliance, a collaborative effort between leading packaging companies, including ARaymondlife, Daikyo Seiko, Datwyler, Ompi, SCHOTT, SCHOTT-KAISHA and SiO2 Medical Products.
