We are looking for a Bioprocess Engineer to work with our expert Bioprocess Solutions team. Do you have a passion for bioprocess engineering? Then we would love to hear from you.  

What you will do

  • Define, design and document pharmaceutical single use assemblies for aseptic filling of drug products
  • Coordinate with internal resources, suppliers and customers to ensure end products meet required specifications
  • Partner with quality assurance to meet regulatory and internal quality requirements.
  • Lead improvement initiatives to further the development of the supply chain
  • Collaborate with Engineering and R&D to improve overall system performance and ensure system reliability
  • Serve as a subject matter expert developing a knowledge base to be used across the organization
  • Support Service and Technical Services with your technical knowledge of single use assemblies
  • Develop and implement processes, procedures and test methods for advancing Vanrx’s single use assembly supply chain
  • Lead or contribute to investigations as required
  • Performing such other duties, functions, and responsibilities as assigned by Vanrx.

Who you are

  • You hold a Bachelors or Masters in Chemical, Bioprocess, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent with three or more years of experience
  • You have experience with pharmaceutical single-use systems
  • You have experience working in a cGMP or other highly regulated environment
  • You have knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and regulations
  • You have a drive to meet both internal and customer goals
  • You have experience working with 2D and 3D CAD
  • You like to work in a fast paced environment, collaborating with dead-line driven teams
  • You are an excellent verbal and written communicator
