Demonstrates ability to communicate business goals while developing processes and solutions leveraging tools within the Sage Enterprise Management ERP.
Maximizes utilization of ERP application core functionality.
Lead the definition of systems solutions to functional problems, conforming to established system architecture standards and practices.
Work closely with peers and user groups to ensure on-time execution of all deliverables.
Work with internal users to evaluate / improve business processes and arrive at mutual, cost-effective solutions.
Participates in other departmental project activities and tasks to ensure successful completion of project, data collection, data management, and data reporting.
Imports/Exports data to the ERP system.
Coordinates all aspects of information systems projects, planning, design, implementation, and management.
Researches and defines reporting requirements within the company’s ERP, PDM, and other reporting tools.
Manages changes and maintains documentation.
Skills and Experience Required
Strong conceptual understanding of relational databases such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL.
Experience with ERP platforms such as Sage X3 (Enterprise Management) or similar.
Functional analysis skills to translate business needs into application specifications.
Effective written and spoken communication skills, as well as conceptual/analytical skills.
Five or more years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
A post-secondary education in Operations, Manufacturing, and/or related technical/IT field.
