We are seeking a Sales Support Manager to be a proactive, contributing member of the sales team. As a Sales Support Manager you will work closely with our customers and account executives to manage ongoing product and service sales to existing customers; including forecasting, quoting and order fulfilment. You will support the sales operations manager and be involved in various initiatives and ongoing activities.

Work closely with Product Management and our Customers for the introduction/implementation of customized Customer products
Responsible for maintaining the CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) by meticulously documenting customer communications and activity
Provide excellent customer service by following through with prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through product expertise and business acumen
Support the Customer Onboarding Initiative
Contribute to short and long term business plans through in depth understanding of revenue streams and potentials
Collaborate across departments (Marketing, Operations and Finance) to communicate and meet customer requests in a timely fashion
Facilitate internal process improvements
Extensive inside sales and/or Customer Service experience within a high-tech company
Excellent Customer Service, Interpersonal and Organizational skills
Proven ability to successfully support and manage customers
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experienced with CRM and ERP systems is essential
Science and/or pharmaceutical background is desirable but not essential
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Highly motivated and capable of working effectively both individually and as part of team
