Warehouse Associate

We seek a Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations and the manufacturing of our advanced aseptic processing systems. This position requires routine interaction with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and engineering.

Exceptional communication skills, completing projects/objectives, and the ability to effectively work both independently and in a team are required. Excellent problem solving skills are also key to this role.

Vanrx fill-finish machines use isolated robotics and machine vision to automate the packaging of injectable drugs into nested vials, syringes or cartridges.   • Process, package, and ship orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Receive, handle, and store incoming inventory items.
  • Organize inventory and maintain safety stock levels.
  • Perform inventory transactions using an MRP system.
  • Perform parts picking activities as per the work order schedule.
  • Inspect inbound parts for transit damage.
  • Verify inbound and outbound items against packing list and/or commercial invoices.
  • Conduct cycle counts as per schedule.
  • Ensure effective communication pertaining to inventory and work orders.
  • Demonstrate a high attention to detail approach in performing work; a strong ability to successfully work in teams as well as effectively work independently.
  • Ensuring day-to-day activities are performed in compliance of the safety program.
  • Ensure work areas are clean and organized.
  • Contribute and foster an environment which encourages, supports, and recognizes new ideas and initiatives.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives such as implementing new processes, equipment, etc.
  • Support other departments as needed and perform other duties as assigned.


Skills and Experience Required:

  • More than one year of warehouse, receiving, and shipping experience.
  • Valid forklift operator certificate.
  • Experience using MRP systems.
  • Comfortable with lifting up to 35 lbs.
  • A post-secondary degree, equivalent diploma, or experience in Operations Management or Materials Management.
