SA25 Aseptic Filling Workcells provide scalable, flexible filling capacity for sterile injectable manufacturing.

The SA25 is a gloveless robotic isolator. Robots perform all of the material handling, filling and closing activities within a completely closed isolator. The SA25 can fill nested syringes, vials and cartridges, with fast changeover times between formats of less than one hour.

Scale up to the Vanrx Liquid / Lyo Workcell System

The Vanrx Liquid / Lyo Workcell System is a robotic filling and lyophilizer loading line. It can process vials, syringes or cartridges into liquid or freeze-dried drug product formats. This Workcell System can continue to produce liquid dosages during freeze-drying cycles, and is compatible with lyophilizers from several manufacturers.

Vanrx’s ‘full line’ provides flexibility for aseptic processing of multi-product portfolios. Superior aseptic assurance is provided by gloveless robotic isolator technology, where all handling, filling and closing is performed robotically. There are no glove ports on Vanrx isolators.
