Facility design and construction experience
Your Vanrx project management team has experience in designing and constructing fill-finish facilities. They will be able to advise you on how to install Workcells in your facility, and refer you to packaging providers for nested vials, syringes or cartridges.
Workcells generally take up less space and have reduced utility requirements versus conventional aseptic filling machines. They should be installed in Grade C / ISO 8 class space.
Vanrx provides comprehensive system training at our facilities and at customer sites. System manuals and instructions are provided following the factory acceptance test.
Vanrx can provide standard protocols as a starting point for factory acceptance tests (FATs) and site acceptance tests (SATs). Customers can then work with their Vanrx project manager to add other important areas specific to needed system functionality or product recipes.
Vanrx Workcells have preventative maintenance schedules that can be completed during wider plant shutdowns. Examples of wear parts include filters, gaskets and bellows, which all require periodic replacement. As part of the sales process, prospective customers are provided with a maintenance and spare parts price list.
If an issue does occur, Vanrx’s service team can make remote contact with the system to diagnose and correct it. This connectivity also provides the opportunity to remotely install software updates or new product recipes. If an issue requires on-site attention, Vanrx can offer guaranteed global response times to have a trained product expert on-site.
